These terms govern the relationship between Prinno Technologies OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia (17396953) ("Runnr") and the shops selling on Runnr. By accepting them when you open a shop on Runnr, you confirm you act as a business (not as a consumer).
You can create one or more shops. You must give true details about your business (company name, VAT number, address, contacts) and keep them up to date. By law (EU Digital Services Act) we may ask for documents to verify them and suspend unverified shops.
Each shop has a plan of €50 per month + VAT, including up to 1,000 products. You can add extra product packs: +250 products at €5/month, +500 at €10/month, +1,000 at €20/month (VAT excluded).
Each shop's first plan starts with the free trial shown when you activate it, with no card. When the trial ends, if you haven't added a card, the shop is paused and receives no orders until you add one.
The plan renews monthly and is charged through Stripe to the card on file. You can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refunds for partial months. Pack changes are prorated.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the changes take effect.
You are the seller of your products and responsible for their legality, safety, description, price (including VAT for consumers) and availability.
Not allowed: food and drinks, alcohol, tobacco and smoking products, medicines, weapons, counterfeit or illegal goods, and any product whose sale or delivery needs special authorisation.
When you receive an order you must prepare it carefully and hand it to the rider within the preparation time shown in your shop. If you can't fulfil it, cancel it straight away: the customer is refunded.
You are responsible for your tax obligations on sales, including issuing the receipt or invoice to the customer.
Runnr collects the product price and the delivery fee from the customer through Stripe. The delivery fee belongs to Runnr.
After delivery, the product amount is transferred to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account weekly (on Mondays). To receive payouts you must complete the payout setup on Stripe and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
Cancelled or undelivered orders generate no transfer. Amounts refunded to customers for returns may be deducted from later transfers.
As the seller, you handle consumers' right of withdrawal (14 days) and the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) under the Italian Consumer Code.
You receive customer data only to fulfil orders. You may not use it for anything else, such as marketing, without the customer's valid consent. You are an independent controller for this data.
You can close your shop at any time. We may suspend or close a shop that breaches these terms or the law, telling you why and, where possible, giving notice.
Each party is liable for its own obligations. Runnr is not liable for products sold by shops. Italian law applies; the courts of Naples have jurisdiction over disputes.
