These terms govern customers' use of Runnr (website https://therunnr.com and apps). Runnr is operated by Prinno Technologies OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia (17396953). Contact: info@therunnr.com.
Runnr is a platform that lets you buy products from shops in your area and have them delivered by a rider.
Products are sold directly by the shops, which are independent sellers. The sales contract for the products is between you and the shop; Runnr acts as an intermediary, collects the payment on the shop's behalf and provides the delivery service.
Each shop's name, address and details are shown on its page on Runnr.
To order you must be at least 18 and create an account with true, up-to-date information. You are responsible for your account credentials.
Product prices are set by the shops and include VAT. Each order has a €5.00 delivery fee (VAT included), shown before you pay.
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. If a product is no longer available or the shop can't fulfil the order, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full.
The service only runs in the areas and hours shown in the app. Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Runnr never receives or stores your full card details. You can choose to save a card for future orders and remove it at any time from your account.
The rider delivers to the address you provide. Make sure it is correct and that someone can receive the order. If delivery fails for reasons on your side (wrong address, recipient absent or unreachable), the delivery fee is not refundable.
As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Italian Consumer Code, art. 52 ff.), except where the law excludes it — for example personalised items, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.
Withdrawals and returns are handled by the selling shop. You can notify the shop or write to Runnr, and we'll pass it on. The product price is refunded within 14 days of withdrawal; return shipping may be at your cost if the shop says so.
The delivery fee for an order delivered as agreed is not refundable.
Products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Italian Consumer Code, art. 128 ff.), provided by the selling shop.
The shop is responsible for the products it sells, their description and conformity. Runnr is responsible for the platform working properly and for the delivery service. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may not use Runnr for unlawful purposes, place fake orders or harass shops and riders. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; changes apply to orders placed after they are published. Italian law applies; consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
